Like anywhere in California there is no shortage of Mexican and Mexican inspired food in Marin County. However, the ward to best taco easily goes to Joe’s Taco Lounge, a landmark in Mill Valley. Their blackened shrimp taco with mango salsa is so full of all of the right flavors that you are glad there are two, because just one is not nearly enough.
