How do you handle bad days? For me, the hardest part is releasing all that negative energy that builds up in your body when you are stressed. I had a very frustrating event this morning that thankfully I was able to move on from pretty quickly... but the stress ball kept lingering around in my body well after my mind was over it.
Sometimes I find that working out -- like going kayaking - helps me release all that bad juju. But today I felt more inclined for an impromptu lunch with Robin at a fantastic little local joint would do the trick instead. Get me out of the house and filling my senses with good smells and good tastes and even puppy dog pets. 🐟🐶🙌

Hook Fish at Proof Lab Beer Garden opened in late 2019. Located in Tam Junction, it’s a collaboration between Proof Lab and San Francisco’s Hook Fish Co. Owners Beau Caillouette and Christian Morabito designed the menu of seasonal, locally sourced seafood with a laser focus on supply chain visibility. Boards above the counter show a list of the day’s available fish, with information on catch method, the vessel that brought the fish to harbor, and the port of call.
